Schedule & reservation
Our center is open every day from Monday to Friday. The Schedule below is constantly updated and all changes will be indicated immediately.
All classes are open to everybody: there are no “levels”. All our coaches are certified and speak different languages
Reservation & payment:
Please book your class online to be sure to have your place. It allows us to better manage participants and inform you if there are any changes. Don’t forgot to cancel your reservation if you can’t come.
The payment is made directly in the Center. Only credit cards and cheques and accepted, no payment by cash.
Yoga mats, blocks and straps are available for free. You can always bring yours if you want.
Some tips and Your first class :
- It’s better to come 10-15 min before your class
- For yoga, pilates classes: take a comfortable sport clothes and socks. For other practices, you don’t need to change
- For yoga and pilates classes we advise you not to eat at least 1,5h before your practice.
- Bring a bottle of water with you
- If you have any injuries and /or other health problems, you should absolutely inform your coach and consult your doctor before coming
- There is no competition during the practices, never force yourself
- If it’s your first class, inform your coach and take it easy
