Ashtanga Yoga & Iyengar
Ashtanga & Iyengar are two different practices.
Ashtanga is a dynamic yoga, there are always the same sequences of postures in a precise order and number of breathings. These sequences create an internal heat inside the body which allow to eliminate toxins from our muscles and organs. The result is a better blood circulation, relaxed body and calm mind.
Iyengar is a therapeutic yoga. This method is very precise and based on alignment of our body and posture. Iyengar yoga is adapted to all levels, to each body and health problems.
During our classes we propose you a combination of these two practices accessible for everyone.
