Hatha yoga – traditional yoga, most of contemporary yoga practices come from Hatha. This is quite a soft and gentle practice, much attention is paid to breathing technics and stretches. The postures are maintained for quite a long time: around 1-3 minutes per posture. We combine a breathing control with concentration in this practice.
Hatha is very good to release your pains caused by sitting posture behind your laptop: headache, eyes ache, back pain, migraine, insomnia, tendinitis; to relax your muscles, if you practice other sports; disconnect from your daily issues. You don’t sweat much during this practice, but you are certainly much more relaxed after.
