Mindfulness is a method how to live fully every single moment and enjoy each experience. Mindfulness is based on meditation practices and teaches us to better manage stress level, emotions, difficult situations. This practice allows us to adapt a kind attitude to others and ourselves. The concept of mindfulness was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, professor of Stress reduction Clinic, Massachusetts hospital, in 1979, in Unites States and then adapted to Corporate World.
Google, Carlsberg, Ford were the first compagnies to introduce mindfulness at work and train their managers and teams according to this practice.
