Vinyasa means « flow », continuous movement. It’s a very dynamic practice which contains different sequences of postures. The order of postures and sequences is quite free and depends on your teacher, you will never have the same class, you will be never be bored and every time you will learn something new. It’s quite a cardio practice. This practice is very good to work on all your muscles and can easily replace your sport club trainings.
