Yin – is a very gentle and meditative practice, oriented to relaxation and deep stretching. We stay for quite a long time in each posture, around 5 minutes. Yin practice allows to:

  • Improve global flexibility of the body
  • Improve the state of our joints, bones and organs
  • Relieve headache and back pain
  • Improve our sleep
